RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

This return policy does not in any way limit your rights under the consumer guarantees act.

Custom non-stock items that are either made to order or special order are unfortunately not eligible for returns or exchanges apart from warranty issues. In some cases we may be able to offer repairs – Chalk bags take a lot of wear and tear at times but we understand what a reasonable amount is, and happy to work to solve any issues.

We do not offer refunds and exchanges if you have changed your mind. But in some cases, if you have chosen something and decided on another product instead we are happy to help with an exchange, costs for shipping will be covered by the customer in this case.
